The Apartment may be booked one month in advance. No refund shall be given on cancellation. All members of the Society shall be eligible to book the whole Apartment for a minimum period of a two-night stay on a first-come-first-served basis. The occupier may extend his/her stay, subject to availability. A maximum of 8 (Eight) persons only shall be allowed per stay. The check-in time shall be between 3pm to 5pm. The check-out time shall be 12.00 noon. Rental shall be S$80.00 per night during peak periods and S$60.00 per night during off-peak periods. The charges are subject to change (Peak periods are defined as Eve of week-ends, Eve of gazette Public Holidays and all School Holidays). Rental charges shall be in Singapore Dollars and shall be paid at the Society. Non-members teachers and member of sister co-operative may also apply for the Apartment. No pets are allowed in the Apartment. The Society shall not be responsible for any loss or damage to properties belonging to the occupants, nor liable for any injury suffered while occupying the Apartment. The Management reserves the right to approve or reject any application without assigning any reason thereof. With effect from 1 January 2006, a surcharge of S$30.00 per person will be levied on members who breached the 8 persons stay rule. Amount due will be deducted from member's General Savings account. If members have no General Savings account, a refundable deposit of S$100.00 from them will be required. All cheque payments are to be made payable to "Teachers' Co-op".
