Please Create your Preferred Username for Personal Online Internet Service (POIS) Account

To better safeguard your personal data from unauthorized disclosure, from 1 September 2019 onwards, POIS will no longer use NRIC number as the login ID.

From now until 31 August 2019, you may create your preferred Username upon login to POIS. This will be a one-time change which will take less than a minute to complete.

A default Username will be assigned to you if you have not created one by 31 August 2019. After 31 August 2019, you can retrieve a temporary Username from the ‘Forgot Username/Password’ link found on the user login page, kindly follow the instructions as per guided.
